{ Fig Balls } 

Date balls, power balls, paleo bites…whatever you call them, I just call them delicious!

After a couple weeks of the Whole30, I was craving sweets and made these Coconut, Date & Pepita Balls.

Here is a recipe for fig balls! WARNING: they are addicting!

{ ingredients }

  • 1 cups raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 cups unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup dried figs
  • 2 Tbs. Coconut oil

{ directions } 

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Roll into balls.Eat right away or store in the fridge.

Recipe makes 24-30 balls. These are great as a snack, a dessert or as breakfast.
