{ Tarragon & Poblano Yogurt Dip } 

I’m obsessed with a yogurt dip, drizzle, sauce or dressing! It’s one of my favorites for a quick appetizer or snack. 

I whipped this up for lunch today and it was awesome! Here’s a recipe for a quick yogurt dip with poblano, tarragon, garlic & lemon. Soooooo good! 

{ ingredients }

  •  1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 poblano peppers, seeds removed 
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 springs of fresh tarragon 
  • Juice from one lemon 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 

{directions }

  • Put all ingredients in processor and pulse until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper.
  • Serve with chips or veggies.
  • Enjoy! Yum!
