{ Brazilian Limeade }

Cheers to the weekend!

The hubs found this recipe and could not wait to try it. He waited for a perfect warm evening to try this concoction.

This recipe called it Brazilian Lemonade, but after making it and tasting it, I am labeling Limeade (and adding rum).

Here is a recipe for a crisp refreshing summer drink, Brazilian Limeade. Drink it alone over ice or add a splash of rum!

{ ingredients }

  • 3 limes, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 Tbs. sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice
  • White rum (optional)

{ directions }

  1. Add all ingredients to a large blender. Fill the remaining room with ice and pulse until well combined.
  2. Transfer to a pitcher and chill for at least an hour.
  3. Serve over ice with a lime wedge (add a shot of rum to each glass)!
  4. Cheers!
