{ Melon Skewers }

This is my favorite way to eat melon. It is easy and simple, but still looks a bit fancy for a dinner party. Just chop melon and place on skewers, display on a pretty serving dish and drizzle with honey and pepper!

{ ingredients }

  •  Melon, cut into bite-sized chunks (I usually use a honeydew and cantaloupe)
  • Local honey (non-honey vegans could use agave nectar) 
  • Fresh cracked pepper

{directions }

  1. Cut your melon and arrange on skewers. I usually do at least 4-5 pieces per skewer and alternate honeydew and cantaloupe.
  2. Arrange skewers on platter and drizzle lightly with honey and top with fresh cracked pepper. If your honey is thick, try warming it up in the microwave for a few seconds to easily drizzle.
  3. Serve and enjoy! Yum!
