{ Cinnabon Smoothie }

 

This recipe was passed to me from an Arbonne rep. I made a couple tweaks and made it my own. Here is a recipe for a cinnabon smoothie !

{ ingredients }

  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tbs. agave
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs. sunbutter (you can use any type of nut or seed butter – this is the only one that is currently working for me and my nut allergies…)
  • 1 tsp. ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp. chia seed

{ directions }

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
  2. Enjoy! Yum!

Makes about 1 serving.

I’ve said this before, but my smoothie advice is always to find a protein that you like and play around to find your favorite combinations. Here are a few of mine: Mango BasilBlueberry BlastRaspberry MintGreen and Chocolate Raspberry!
