{ Watermelon, Basil & Feta Salad }


I am currently obsessed with watermelon! Here is a quick recipe for a watermelon salad with red onion, basil, feta and balsamic vinegar. 

{ ingredients }

  •  1/2 of a medium seedless watermelon
  • 2 Tbs. red onion, finely diced
  • Handful of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • Dash of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

{directions }

  1. Cut watermelon into bite size pieces. 
  2. Combine melon in a bowl with basil, onion and salt. Stir in feta and balsamic vinegar until well combined. 
  3. Serve immediately or place in the fridge before serving. 
  4. Enjoy! Yum!

Makes 6 servings. 83 calories per serving.
