{ Raspberry Mango Mint Smoothie }

 

I have started to crave smoothies in the mornings! I’ve shared similar recipes before like my favorite dessert shake and this green smoothie, but this concoction was too yummy not to share! Here’s a recipe for a raspberry mango smoothie with fresh mint!

{ ingredients }

  • 1/2 cup fresh kale
  • 10 large leaves of fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweet 
  • 1 Tbs. ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbs. chia seed
  • 1 Tbs. wheat germ

{ directions }

  1. Blend all until smooth.
  2. Enjoy! Yum!

Makes about 1 serving.
