{ Kale Chips }

 

Kale chips are one of the quickest, easiest and tastiest ways to eat your veggies. If you haven’t tried them, I promise you will love them!

{ ingredients }

  • Kale, 1 bunch
  • 1 tbs. EVOO
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

{ directions }

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. With a knife or kitchen shears (sometimes I just use my hands to rip too) carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
  3. Place kale on cooking sheet, drizzle kale with EVOO and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  4. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes. Add more salt to taste

{ Additional Seasonings }

  • Soy sauce & sesame seeds
  • Garlic powder
  • Celery salt
  • Smokey chipotle
  • Cumin
  • Salt & vinegar
  • Lemon & ginger

Makes enough to share, but you may not want to. I usually make two batches, because I can’t resist them.
