{ Green Smoothie }

 

I shared my favorite dessert shake with you a few weeks ago. Here is my go-to morning smoothie recipe! 

{ ingredients }

  • 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Arbonne’s)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs. ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbs. chia seed
  • More chia and goji berries to garnish (optional)

{ directions }

  1. Blend spinach, kale and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add in raspberries, protein and seeds and blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Enjoy! Yum!

Makes about 1 servings.
