{ Mustard Baby Brussel Sprouts }

I love brussel sprouts more than I should. I found these beautiful baby brussel sprouts at the store and I knew exactly what I wanted to do with them!

{ ingredients }

  • 1 pound baby brussel sprouts, cleaned
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 3 tbs. whole grain Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

{ directions }

  1. In a bowl, combined cleaned brussel sprouts, EVOO and mustard well and transfer to a large wok or pan.
  2. Sauté on medium heat stirring often to make sure they aren’t sticking to the bottom. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  3. Add plenty of salt and pepper to taste (add more mustard if you prefer).
  4. Enjoy! Yum!

Makes about 6 servings. These are also great leftover.
